How to Book and Hire Agreement

How to Book

1. Fill out the Booking Form and email it to us at info@maplandbritain.co.uk

2. We will contact you to confirm your booking on which a deposit of £100 + VAT will be payable within 30 days of receipt of our invoice.

3. After we confirm your booking, the Hire Agreement must also be completed and returned by email. Please use an electronic signature or sign and scan the document and return to us by email.

4. The balance of payment will be invoiced after the hire and is payable within 30 days of receipt of our invoice.
